Two-Factor Authentication

NexBank's  online banking service uses two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security and help prevent unauthorized online access to your account. 

To activate a security token through the Symantec VIP Access App, download the app and go to "Services & Settings" in online banking and select "Activate Token".


Mobile Banking

No matter where you are, NexBank Mobile is there with you. As a NexBank online customer, you can use your smartphone or tablet to access your account information, make transfers and payments, and more.

Enrolling in mobile banking is easy. Simply log into your account, click on the User Services tab and click the Mobile Enrollment option. From there, just follow the onscreen instructions.

Account Activity, Security and Messaging Alerts

The Notify Me Alerts feature allows you to receive email and text notifications of important account related, security related activities and messages.

In online banking, go to the Alerts icon at the top right and click on “Settings” to update your alerts.

In the mobile app, go to the main navigation, click “More” and “Manage Alerts”.
